Bolton, who issued an early rebuke of Obama’s speech, said the president went wrong last Thursday when he said that Israel’s pre-1967 borders be the starting point for negotiations with the Palestinians.
'I don't know who advised him to do it, but it was a big mistake politically on his part,' Bolton said. 'I think he just doesn't understand international politics, he doesn't really understand the Middle East.”"
