Automatic Writing and the Problem of Ideas. « TheWritersCafe.org: "Seed theory:The idea by which anything new be it a business, piece of artwork, elaborate speech, explanation or lesson plan, issues forth from ones owns mind, and manifests itself in the physical world, much in the same way as a seed landing in the soil becomes activated, sends out roots, and grows into a plant.

As far as I know, the above stated theory is my own.

Krystyna's Story - Children of the Holocaust Discussion Guide: "This feeling of shame has stayed with me throughout my adult life. It is only recently that I came to understand the precariousness and limitations of the human existence. A man can't control his feelings and, in time of danger, he rarely controls his deeds. I often think of my friend Willy with whom I survived this dreadful day. "

Must Have a Code, that You Can Live by. « TheWritersCafe.org

Must Have a Code, that You Can Live by. « TheWritersCafe.org: "when I was a child it just so happened that my small family unit moved around several times to different places in the country. Being a relatively tall kid, it seems the school yard bully (being the school yard bully) always had to pick a fight with me. Me having had this same basic scenario run by me, time and time again naturally sought to develop a code, that I could live by. So here is the little piece of code which I share with my friends who visit this site:"

Hamaayan / The Torah Spring - Pinchas - Torah.org

Hamaayan / The Torah Spring - Pinchas - Torah.org: "hat did Pinchas do? "[He] turned back My wrath."

Who benefitted from Pinchas' deed? "Bnei Yisrael," Hashem's beloved. (Kol Sifrei R' Yosef Yaavetz Vol. II)

***********
"Behold! I give him My covenant of peace." (25:12)
R' Menachem Mendel Stern z"l (rabbi of Sighet; died 1834) explains: The promise that Hashem made in this verse is the same as that of the verse (Zechariah 3:7), "I will let you walk among those who stand here [i.e., the angels]." Hashem promised: You will never fall from the level that you have achieved. A similar promise was made to Avraham in the verse (Bereishit 15:1), "I am a shield for you."

Pinchas was promised that the yetzer hara would make peace with him. Why? Because man's role is to withstand the tests that confront him and thereby to subdue the yetzer hara"

New Cmdr. Appointed for Judea & Samaria Division - Defense/Security - News - Israel National News

New Cmdr. Appointed for Judea & Samaria Division - Defense/Security - News - Israel National News: "A force that will defend with moral values, working according to the tradition of the Jewish people and the tradition and ethical code of the IDF, the ‘spirit of the IDF.’ An Israeli defense force, leaning on its love of its people, its country and mankind. A force that operates out of commitment to defend its nation. A determined, moral and professional defense force.”

Alon’s tenure as commander of the Judea and Samaria division was a controversial one, due to his comments against Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria.

Most recently, in an interview he gave to The New York Times, Alon expressed concern over “increasing violence” by “radical Israeli settlers,” colloquially called ‘price tag’ operations, which he called “Jewish terrorism.”"

The Yeshiva World Turkey Turns To Israel For Assistance [18:55 IL] « » Frum Jewish News: "Foreign Ministry officials have approved the requested and have already instructed the relevant agencies to begin preparing to send humanitarian aid to Turkey as expeditiously as possible. While Turkey originally turned down Israeli offers for humanitarian aid, it is becoming increasingly clear that the magnitude of the disaster of the quake demands additional assistance and expertise.

Israel’s IDF Homefront Command search & rescue unit has literally traveled the world in its effort to provide humanitarian aid, as well as establishing field hospitals that have saved countless lives in similar situations, without regard for political, racial or other considerations."

Yom Kippur- Repairing our past, preparing for our future. « TheWritersCafe.org

Yom Kippur- Repairing our past, preparing for our future. « TheWritersCafe.org: "Change is one of the charged terms. Generally there is a substantial resistance to any sort of change regardless of if it can be determined to be for better or worse. However the ability to embrace change is something which was instilled in me somehow from when I was very young. The opposite of change is the status quo. There is a always a very strong ingrained tendency to keep things going the way they are, and the way they have been for quite some time.

However others are more willing to see the potential in some novel concept or idea."

Todays Clouds: Where Did We Go Wrong?: "On the eve of The Election, how come it seems that I have nothing at all to say?

I really would rather ask a question, on this unfortunately not so memorable occasion;
